Alexio Fernandes
Founder and CEO
Alexio has a Track record over two and a half decade years of experience in Market Research Industry, In Data Analysis & Data Processing. Prior to setting up TRAP Solutions, He has handled various roles in terms of Team leading, Mentoring, Technical Consultant and Training on Software like SPSS, Quantum and SPSS Dimension.
He has worked with the leading Market Research agencies such as TNS, Research International, ACNielsen-ORGMARG, IMRB International in Mumbai, India and ACNielsen–AMER in Cairo, Egypt. However, he had started his career with MRAS/BURKE (an affiliate of Burke Research World Wide) and presently known as Nielsen, India).
He has extensive experience in handling variety of MR projects such as U&A, Product Test, Customer Satisfaction, BPTO, Micro Test, Brand Dynamics and Multi-variate Analysis.
Ravinder Kasar
DP Manager
Ravinder has over 22 years of experience in Market Research Industry, in Data Analysis & Data Processing. He has worked on Interpretation of data analysis results using statistical techniques and reports implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Filtering and Cleaning data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct coded problems.
Interactions with the clients on handling Customized Research projects, which include quantitative studies that deliver Information and insights in Customer satisfaction, brand awareness and advertising effectiveness.
He has worked with the Market Research agencies such as ACNielsen-ORGMARG, Gayatri Enterprises (Undertaken by ACNielsen ORG Marg Ltd., DB MRS Market Research and Datamatics Global Services Ltd.
Pauline Fernandes
Office Manager
Pauline Fernandes has over two decades of work experience. Prior to joining TRAP Solutions she has worked as a Teacher in St. Joseph High School, Carmel of St. Joseph School in Mumbai.
She started her career working with leading companies such as Joseph Leslie & Company and Elf-Autochem in Mumbai as an Office Secretary for 5 years followed by AMER World Wide Research Ltd. in Cairo, Egypt as a Qualitative Executive for 3 years.
Computer Knowledge: Excellent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (certified from NIIT)
Pavan started his career in 2014 with Pure Online Panel Research Services Private Ltd. as a Survey Programmer for 5 years. Thereafter, worked with Cetas Healthcare for 6 months.
He has worked on scripting MR questionnaire’s in Survey Monkey and Decipher software, handling various projects using techniques like hosting and monitoring them in CAPI and CATI. He has been involed in Data collection, data reporting and quality as well. Filtering and Cleaning data by reviewing computer reports. Data exports in various formats including SPSS, Access, Excel, and ASCII.
